Peanut Butter Drive

You can help end hunger in our community!

Additional Information

Hunger can be a hidden issue in any community. The City of Plano helps to raise awareness surrounding the issue of food insecurity for children, families and seniors in hopes others will get involved in the fight against hunger.

For the entire month of September, NTFB will be collecting regular-sized, plastic jars of peanut butter to help feed hungry children and their families. Daffron PTA has registered to participate in this effort. The NTFB goal this year is to beat last year’s total and collect 50,000 pounds of peanut butter!

Alternative butters, such as sunflower seed butter or soynut butter are also accepted for those that might be allergic to peanuts.
